This is a fairly popular five star hotel in Vietnam as well as a high ranking on Tripadvisor. But the name of Nikko is the seafood buffet at La Brasserie.
Seafood Buffet at La Brasserie Hotel, Nikko Saigon with Lobster Size A, Rare Oysters "Tsar" Tsarskaya imported from France, "Deer" Fine De Claire, Crab, Live Crab, Sashimi New Zealand mussel, Wagyu beef ... and especially "Grilled lamb chops with cauliflower, onion and rosemary" served by chef Arturo Cristine. One of the most delicious buffet I've ever eaten. It is sad to admit that more than Buffet Marina Bay Sands in Singapore that I have reviewed.

Special points: German special sausage, fresh beer craft beer very tasty only 15K, Beer giant. Smoked sausage and marinated meats are delicious, grilled on the aroma. There are some children served to grill if you do not want to bake. I will choose this place to eat regular buffet. Eat very satisfied. Not surrounded by other types of contingencies.
Points deducted: the number of dishes is less than the other buffet. About 20 dishes. No tea, dessert fruit.
